This is from the soul. Good energy. Good harmony. You might hear me talk a lot about peace, quiet, relaxation, restfulness. It is because I am sure that who we think of as God connects all that exists. And, to me, the connection is in the quiet, in the restfulness. This acrylic painting occurred. It was not planned. In fact, it was at the end of a painting session when it showed up. I put took a new canvas up on an easel just to use up the paints that were on my palette. It was in the state of "whim". It was free. It was quiet. It was good. Road to Relaxation now is a symbol for just that. Take time to relax often during the day, you will discover hidden treasures.
