Of the thousands of images I have created of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, this one is the most descriptive. It is how I imagine Las Vegas would be seen through the bleary eyes of partying, playing, drinking gamblers if they were able to look down on the city from above. In those terms, this may well be my most journalistic image. This image was taken from a helicopter at dusk. I decided I wanted a fresh look at an old situation so I hand held the camera at a slow shutter speed and let the turbulence do the rest.
